Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships enable individuals to fit learning around work.  With a mix of on and off the job training you can ensure you make the most of the fully funded learning opportunity available to you.

The learning is based on the needs of the individual’s employment, and is a great way to gain nationally recognised qualifications. Apprenticeship courses are free to the individual and the employer as the training is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Social Fund.

From your recruitment you will complete a rigorous induction which will ensure you have an individual learning plan which is tailored to you with complete flexibility around your time, your access to learning and your needs.

All Apprenticeships are made up of a QCF (Qualification & Credit Framework), a Technical Certificate (doesn’t apply to  all apprenticeships) and Essential Skills.

Through the delivery of these three areas of competency you are able to fulfil all of your learning needs, whether that is by being recognised for your competency already developed or by learning new skills and competencies supported by our team of knowledgeable and competent assessors.
