Learner Involvement

PRP Training believes in looking after their learners. When a learner enters a learning relationship with PRP Training we ensure learners are supported through the learning process:

When learners participate in decisions affecting their learning experience, they are likely to play a more active role in the provider’s quality improvement processes – a key lever of service improvement.

Further Education: Raising skills, improving life chances (DfES, 2006c)

PRP Training is proud of the practices it has developed to enable partnerships to be established with all its learners. These practices enable student’s voices to be heard at every level, making a valuable contribution to its leadership, and in raising the quality of its provision.

PRP Training places the learner at the centre of its operations.
