Business Administration
Apprenticeships in Business and Administration are written by the Council for Administration. Made up of employers, sector leaders and awarding bodies the group are formed to ensure these apprenticeships are designed to upskill and develop the ability of this workforce across the United Kingdom. These frameworks ensure learners understand the technological change and globalisation required of this industry to ensure they are a leading force in the economy. Starting with the foundation apprenticeship learners can expect to develop a wide range of skills including team work, communication and interpersonal skills. Apprentices working at Level 3 with develop their understanding and practice of leading a team and time management. Higher Apprenticeships will develop their strategic awareness and understanding of this industry in addition to the development of key analysis and theoretical study of management.
