Retail apprenticeships are designed by Skillsmart Retail (owned by People 1st). The diplomas are designed with a wide variety of optional units to ensure each qualification is specific to the individual and their workplace. This flexibility ensures that the qualification meets the needs of those working in a generic environment, through to those working in a specialist environment.
