Despite Covid-19 barriers, Harley has made extensive efforts by completing digital assessments and regular engagement with his assessor. Through this Harley has developed his confidence and a range of specialist skills that have enriched his career in IT with Showboat TV

“Harley has additional needs and it would have been easier to say no to him signing up for further training, however he has not only learnt academic skills throughout but he has also learnt to identify his learning needs and express them. This is a major step for Harley.
