Who are Gingers Cafe / The Welsh Bakery?

“The Welsh Bakery is a family craft bakery, run by Brian and Rob Davies for over 30 years. Specialising in all things bakery such as cakes, pasties, sandwiches and breads, the Welsh Bakery prides itself on ensuring everything is homemade, and our products are all locally sourced. Running alongside the bakery is the quirky café/restaurant called “Gingers”. Opening three years ago, Gingers Cafés are located in both Milford Haven and Haverfordwest and have quickly become a popular place for people to eat and drink. Our famous 3-tier afternoon teas are particularly popular amongst our visitors.”

Fleur is soon starting a new qualification in Management. Here is what she had to say:

“I am really looking forward to starting my Management qualification with PRP. It’s great that I can do this on the job and it will open up other avenues of progression. I feel that this is going to improve the way that I work and will further help me to develop my team”
